Terms of Use

Effective November 1, 2026

Apple's standard license agreement applies to Sturdy. These terms add a few points that are specific to Sturdy: it is a device-care log, what it shows is an estimate, and Pro is bought through the App Store.

Apple's license agreement

Sturdy is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add Sturdy's own points to it and do not replace it.

What Sturdy is

Sturdy is a device-care log for iPhone. It records signals that iOS already reports to apps and shows them back to you. It is not a diagnostic or repair tool.

Your device

Sturdy makes no warranty about your iPhone or its condition. What it shows is information, not a promise about how your iPhone will behave. Decisions about repair, warranty or AppleCare are yours to make; if you are unsure, ask Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Sturdy reads signals and keeps records. It does not change your iPhone's settings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live gives you.

Privacy

How Sturdy handles information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
